i sprained my ankle yesterday!
it happened so suddenly dont even know why it will happen.
okay, lets see..
i was running when i slowed down and come to a stop. this is the moment when i suddenly sprained my ankle and dropped to the ground! why did i even sprained my ankle!?
its my first ever time i injured myself this badly. :x
and my father brought me to his friend last night to have my ankle rubbed. he was super rough! i screamed shouted and cried and even laughed. lucky my sis was there for me. thanks! :D
now i can walk but veri slowly. but the worse thing is that my right knee is bleeding before that! now the skin is hardening and its difficult for me to walk. leg ankle sprained, right knee brusied. argh. anymore to come? choy! *touch wood*
hope i can walk by monday. :D
